I have happily lived at Blue Course Commons for two years! I cannot rave enough about the beauty of the complex and how spacious everything is. There is so much storage space!! As someone who cooks regularly, the kitchen is amazing. I also commute to campus everyday and the bus pass has been a life saver. Blue Course is constantly hosting giveaways and community events, so you never know when you’ll get a free pizza dinner or gift card! The maintenance team is fantastic and FAST. Blue Course Commons has already amazed me in a matter of days! This was the best move in experience in my 4 years of college. The staff made sure that I felt welcomed and had everything prepared that I needed. From filling out everything before hand and a clear guide of how move in would go, I felt super prepared. They also were available to answer any random questions I may have had and they all were so kind. This complex is very nice - so glad our student is living here for the second year.. The 2 level townhomes are very nice, with renovated kitchens, flooring and furniture. It is a short walk to Giant or Weis, a bowling alley, a community gym, several shopping centers, on a CATA bus route and about a mile from campus/downtown so a 25-30 minute walk. A community park adjoins the property complete with dog park. Maintenance requests are responded to and the resident portal allows easy communication with property management. -Mary G.
